Our nannies are qualified and experienced, and have a minimum of two years childcare experience. We provide nannies to families across Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

A Nanny is employed to provide high quality childcare in a home environment to support the child/rens learning and development. The Nannies roles and responsibilities will also include preparing the children’s meals, cleaning the children’s bedrooms, washing and ironing of children’s clothes, school and nursery runs,  taking their charges to extra curricular activities and outings.

Types of Nannies

• Full Time (30+ hours/ week)
• Part-time (less than 30 hours/week)
• Temporary ( 1 day - 3 months)
• Mother's Help

The cost of employing a Nanny

A Nanny will receive between £7 - £9/ hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. The Nanny is employed by the family who are responsible for the Nannies Tax and National Insurance.  For more information visit Nanny Tax http://www.nannytax.co.uk        

The cost of a Nanny can be paid for through the working families' tax credits. In order to pay your Nanny with the Working Families Tax Credit Vouchers your Nannies must be registered on the voluntary section of the Ofsted register. The cost to register is approximately £103. Families may choose to contribute to the cost of a nanny registering.

Recognized Nanny qualifications:

A qualified Nanny will have studied for 2 years full-time with block placements with a variety of childcare environments or worked in full-time employment within a Nursery and had 1 days relerse for college work.
