Live Out Nanny: A Live out Nanny will arrive at your House daily. Working on average 10 hours a day. They are responsible for the care of your children, often sole charge as well as light house duties including: the cleaning and tidying of all children’s area: bedrooms and play rooms, preparing meals and washing and ironing of the children’s clothes, school runs and organising play dates, plus 2 nights babysitting a week
Live In Nanny: A live-in Nanny lives with you and your family. The nanny will have their own bedroom but may share a bathroom with your children. A live-in nanny is paid approximately £250 a week which includes their food and board. A Live In Nanny is responsible for the care of your children and light house duties including: cleaning and tidying of all children’s areas: bedrooms and playrooms, preparing children’s meals, washing children’s clothes, school runs and organising play dates, plus 2 night babysitting a week.
Sole Charge Nanny: This type of Nanny is responsible for the care of your child by themselves while you are at work. This role is in conjunction with a Live In or a Live Out position.
Nanny Share: A Nanny Share may care for 2 or more children from different families or a Nanny Share may split the working week between two different families. Often this roles may include the Nannies own children.
Before and After School Nanny: The role of this Nanny is to care for your children, prepare breakfast and/or dinner, and get the children ready for school: uniforms and school lunches, help with homework and drop and collect children at school.
Mother's Help: A Mother's Help will work along side the mother, supporting her in caring for her children as well as daily housekeeping and meals. This position can be full or part-time. This position is very flexible as it reflects the individual needs of the family.
Weekend Nanny: A Weekend Nanny will work from Friday evening until Sunday evening as a sole charge Nanny. During the weekend the Nanny will live at your house and will require their own bedroom. Their roles and responsibilities include caring for your children, day trips, driving to extra curricula activities, organising play dates and light house work, cleaning and tidying of children’s area: bedrooms and playrooms, preparing meals and washing of the children’s clothes.
Night Nanny: This type of Nanny is responsible for getting your children into a night routine through the night training program. A night nanny can also provide an extra pair of hands to help with the night care of your baby after you give birth.
Holiday Nanny: A holiday Nanny will join your family on holiday, and have the same roles and responsibilities as a live in Nanny. Evening babysitting may be included.
Emergency Nanny: This type of Nanny is for a short assignment, one day to a week. To cover your own Nannies holiday or illness, family or work emergency and is in conjunction with a Live In or Live out Nanny.
Teaching Children English: This type of Nanny is short term, between 6 weeks and 3 months. Through a play based program children will be taught English.
